As the Director of Personnel Services & Communications at West Sound Treatment Center, I bring a passion for service and support, helping staff through every stage of their journey — whether that’s scheduling interviews, guiding them through the onboarding process, or helping them keep track of their timesheets and their training and credential requirements.
In my communications role, I manage WSTC’s online presence, overseeing the website and social media platforms to ensure they reflect our commitment to recovery and community. I also lead the marketing, promotions, and branding, creating cohesive messaging that resonates with clients and funders alike. Whether it’s designing impactful signage, coordinating resource fairs, or spearheading fundraising efforts, I am dedicated to enhancing West Sound Treatment Center’s visibility and outreach.
Since I earned my credential and became a new Recovery Counselor Trainee, I have particularly enjoyed working with clients in groups or in one-on-one sessions with the support of my supervisor.
With a focus on fostering a supportive and engaging work environment, I’m committed to helping both the staff and the community thrive.
