I believe real change happens when people are met with honesty, authenticity, and support. Over the past decade, my work in the substance use and mental health field has spanned multiple modalities of care, from inpatient to community-based settings, as well as clinical supervision. My approach is person-centered and incorporates DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing, with a strong focus on accountability and meeting clients where they are. I am currently completing my bachelor’s degree in social sciences and plan to pursue a Master of Social Work in the near future. Outside of work and school, you can find me painting, on the sidelines of my son’s baseball games, or spending time with my adult daughter and cat.
