My name is Michelle Vargo, and I serve as the COO at WSTC. My journey here began in November 2021 as a recovery coach on the R.E.A.L. Team, and over time I’ve had the opportunity to grow into several roles, including Project Manager, Drug Court Compass Navigator, and Operations Manager, before stepping into my current position. Throughout each step, I learned alongside the participants I was supporting, which shaped both my professional path and my perspective. Today, I have the privilege of overseeing the very programs I once worked in, staying closely connected to the work that matters most. This is more than a career for me, it’s something I deeply care about. My lived experience allows me to connect with others in a genuine way and support them as they move forward in their own journeys.
