Our intensive and outpatient programs provide substance use disorder treatment in individual and group settings. They are typically offered as part of a continuum of care.

Safe and Sober Housing

Housing

Recovery housing is more than a safe place to live. Our residents also receive substance use disorder treatment, wraparound case management services, vocational services, life-skills building, and transportation.

New Start

New Start Program

WSTC offers In-jail assessments and Re-entry services.  Re-entry services include all areas of service.

Telehealth

We can offer telehealth treatment to patients under some circumstances. If this is something that you need, ask about availability of services through ZOOM.

Drug Court

We offer nontraditional, individualized substance use disorder treatment as an alternative to criminal prosecution through the Kitsap County Drug Court System.

Clients learn how to maintain the changes they have made in their behavior.

REAL

Recovery, Empowerment, Advocacy, and Linkage (REAL) Program

The REAL Team provides intensive, field-based support to individuals with substance use disorders and mental illnesses to coordinate support and care for participants through engagement with treatment services and individualized intervention plans. The REAL Team uses Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) core principles to provide strategies that help prevent homelessness and incarceration.

This eight-hour course teaches the many effects alcohol and drugs can have in a person’s life.

Comprehensive Assessments

Assessments are tools for determining the level of care a client needs. They are important for admittance to programs and may also indicate that a client is elegible for financial assistance.

Liaison Services

Supportive Housing & Behavioral Health Liaison Services

The Supportive Housing & Behavioral Health Liaison Services Program screens and serves participants with housing, transportation, harm reduction, and behavioral health needs, seeking to help them access care, identify payment sources, and complete successful intakes.
