Intensive & Outpatient Programs

Our intensive and outpatient programs provide chemical dependency treatment in individual and group settings. They are typically offered as part of a continuum of care.

Medicated Treatment

Compassionate and confidential Medication Assisted Treatment provided in collaboration with Sound Integrated Health. Primary care medical services are now available for clients receiving MAT services.

Recovery housing is more than a safe place to live. Our residents also receive chemical dependency treatment, wraparound case management services, vocational services, life-skills building, and transportation.

We can offer telehealth treatment to patients under some circumstances. If this is something that you need, ask about availability of services through ZOOM.

Relapse Prevention Treatment

Clients learn how to maintain the changes they have made in their behavior.

New Start Program

West Sound offers In-Jail assessments and Re-entry services.  Re-entry services include all areas of service.

Drug Court

We offer nontraditional and individualized chemical dependency treatment as an alternative to criminal prosecution through the Kitsap County Drug Court System.

Alcohol & Drug Information School

This eight-hour course teaches the many effects alcohol and drugs can have in a person’s life.

Comprehensive Assessments

Assessments are tools for determining the level of care a client needs. They are important for admittance to programs, and may also indicate that a client is eligible for financial assistance.

Recovery, Empowerment, Advocacy, and Linkage (REAL) Program

The REAL Team provides intensive, field-based support to individuals with substance use disorders who may also be unhoused and/or incarcerated. Support may include items such as water, hygiene products, blankets, and tents. It may also include referrals to services for treatment, food, housing, and other needs.
